During his early tenure, Garrett supervised both the Patrol and Jail divisions. As chief deputy, he commanded both the Services Division and the Law Enforcement Technology Unit. Now as undersheriff, Garrett takes on new responsibilities including management of the Sheriff's Office Patrol, as well as the Jail and Investigations divisions.
